We Share Our Commission with You
 A lot of buyers prefer to find their own properties. Whether it's commercial or residential property, buyers use internet or other methods to search and indentify their potential home or investment. Our cash bonus program is based on your ability to search and find properties that are currently on the market. We can act as your advisor in providing expert advice and guidance, submitting an offer, negotiating the price and handle all the closing/escrow process at no charge to you.
In order to be eligible to receive your incentive/rebate, you must become engaged in an agency relationship with Point Realtor before you see any other property. Our agency relationship will ensure our eligibility to receive commission from the sellers thus giving you the buyer incentive.
Buyer's responsibilities:
- Searching and previewing the residential or commercial properties
- Reasonable intent to purchase a property
- Informing others that you are represented by Point Realtor
Our Responsibilities
- Guidance and advice about the potential of the properties that you are interested in purchasing
- Contract Negotiations
- Assist you with escrow, closing and financing
Your incentive is based on the number of properties we show you and/or submit an offer for:
1-2 properties: 50%
3-4 properties: 40%
5-7 properties: 30%
8 properties or more: 20%
The following examples show the potential savings from our cash rebate program compared to the traditional 2.5% and 3% buyer agent's commissions:
- $500,000 Sales Price
- 3% Traditional Commission to the buyer's representative = $15,000
- 50% Rebate to the Home Buyer = $7,500
Or
- $1,000,000 Sales Price - 2.5% commission to buyer's representative = $25,000 - 50% Rebate to the home buyer = $12,500
You can choose to receive your rebate in 2 ways:
1. We can apply your rebate toward your closing costs and/or down payment
2. We will mail you a check 5 days after receipt of the commission check from escrow
